Expertise in mediation after serving as mediator for Los Angeles Superior Courthouses and in private practice, settling cases regarding contract disputes, motorized accidents, insurance, landlord-tenant, business-business, product liability, consumer-merchant, personal injury, property damage, and workplace disputes.
Immigration law and trial experience representing Mexican and Honduran clients who were at various stages in their Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), Convention Against Torture (CAT) and Asylum petitions.
Managed Medical-Legal Partnerships (MLP), influencing partnership strategy, budget, procedure, and fostering stronger relationships with partnering institutions’ psychologists, social workers, and representatives.
Graduate of top-ranked Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution Master of Dispute Resolution (MDR) at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
Graduated from Emory University (BA) and University of California Davis School of Law’s Juris Doctorate (JD) program (with a Certificate in Public Interest Law).
Stephanie is an Angeleno native, graduate of Marymount High School, and proud first generation daughter of a Colombian mother and an Argentine father.
